Healthy Eating

Menu

I try to encourage children to have a varied and healthy diet while in my care. I will adapt to meet any specific dietary requirements when informed of this prior to your child starting.

Children are never forced to eat anything they don't want too, however they are encouraged to try a little bit of everything and eat as much as they can. In my experience children are much more willing to try new things outside of their own home, especially if they see other children eat it as well as being involved in making it!

Here is an example of a day to day menu. While i have a set menu, there may be days that we change from this due to weather, outings or children's interests and/or requests.

*Please note that this is only a small example of the differrent types of food I provide. I will incorporate as many different cultures and traditions into my menu that I can.*

If you have any specific meals you would like please let me know and I will try and include this where possible.
